Refund policy

Returns 
You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it.

Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
  • Damaged Product
  • Dead on Arrival
  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Incorrect Product
You can return if you are not satisfied with the product quality or if your product is not as described or found damaged, defective or incorrect product.

For returning the product, simply contact us all we ask you to repack the product with the carton and we will organise a pickup at your earliest convenience.

We will refund your full amount immediately, once your returned product will be received. It may take up to 2-6 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.

Replacement

Once you returned the product you can apply for replacement with the same product.

Item replacement will be subject to product availability on our online store.

Personalised or customised products are not be eligible for replacement.

Order Cancellation
If you cancel your order before the goods are dispatched you will be entitled to a full refund of product. Once the product is dispatched we will process a refund for product, however, the delivery charge will not be refunded. Refunds will be initiated in your original mode of payment, It may take up to 2-6 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.
